What is the best way and time to take this product?
A: The best time is 15 minutes before bed. New users should begin with a 1/2 a dropper, the oil evenly placed under your tongue for 1 minute. We suggest drinking at least 8 oz. of water afterwards for max absorption. You may use 1 full dropper nightly.
Should I shake the bottle well prior to use?
